The Challenge

Centre for Digital Resiliency (CDR) is an organization that provides digital security assessment to their clients and partners. They want us to streamline the assessment report generation flow for their assessors and clients.

My Role

I created user personas and designed 6+ prototypes. I am formulating a user testing guideline and building the design system for CDR.

What am I learning?

During the design process, the user persona and their journey maps keep evolving. By getting the team in sync with the latest details, the team can design better and faster.

To build scalable design systems, it's important to focus on how the system will be maintained and team that will be responsible for it.
